Roustabout

Elite would like to announce the new service division. Due to clients asking, Elite has now opened a Roustabout division to serve clients in Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Colorado, Wyoming and beyond. 

Some of their capabilities include heavy equipment operations, pipeline, well& tank hook-ups, gin truck, backhoe, forklift, and man-lift operations, field cleanups, equipment replacements, spreading gravel, power washing, total site reclamation, ongoing maintenance, safety monitoring, and much more.

The primary duties for roustabouts depend on each individual job site, but will usually involve assembling, disassembling, repairing, and monitoring piping and machinery on oilfield sites. They also bolt together tubing and casing, as well as performing other tasks as directed by pump operators and other crew leaders. Roustabouts move pipes, guide cranes, and even move some pile by hand. In addition, they play a pivotal role in preventing and cleaning up spilled oil, as well as keeping the work area clear of debris by making visual inspections, repairing leaks, and digging drainage ditches.
